在向AVIS接待人員出示提車(chē)單中“We would like to inform you that this client has already contracted Excess Waiver, Roadside Service Waiver with Zuzuche. In order to avoid customers mistakenly ordering the same coverage twice, we kindly ask you not to suggest them similar insurance packages at the counter.”后，還是被加收了人身險(xiǎn)、財(cái)務(wù)險(xiǎn)、道路救援險(xiǎn)，并且在沒(méi)有預(yù)定車(chē)型的情況下，收費(fèi)升級(jí)其他車(chē)型，比預(yù)定價(jià)格多出來(lái)近200美元。
