租車網(wǎng)點很多，應(yīng)該算是歐洲最大的租車公司了，所租車型也非常新。支持美元和歐元雙幣結(jié)算，如果能夠支持銀聯(lián)結(jié)算就更棒了！
服務(wù)非常棒，客服耐心細致，在與Europcar最終費用結(jié)算方面有一些小疑問，租租車幫助去與租車公司溝通，得到了非常滿意的答復(fù)。以前通過國外網(wǎng)站租車，遇到同樣的問題語言溝通上就是最大的代溝，有了租租車以后出游就不用再擔(dān)心了，所有事情交由他們?nèi)マk就可以了，真正做到了一站式管家服務(wù)！
第一次在左側(cè)同行的國家開車，并且開的還是手動的車輛，真是驚心動魄啊。建議大家在英國還是租個自動擋的吧。

This was a truly enjoyable car rental experience, and I’d like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Lacen for his patience and excellent service. To ensure a smooth trip, I visited the Europcar branch in person a week in advance to ask some questions. Mr. Lacen welcomed me and patiently answered all of them in detail.
When I came back to pick up the car, it was once again Mr. Lacen who assisted me. The entire process was efficient and professional, and most importantly, I received the exact car model I had reserved—which made my journey all the more perfect.
It was my first time using Europcar, and I must admit that I was initially quite anxious due to the many negative reviews I had read online. However, my actual experience was outstanding. The service was attentive, there were no unexpected charges, and the return inspection went smoothly.
I look forward to renting from Europcar again in the future!
