Staff only focus on selling add on service without explanation of any detail of the car rental. And added a optional insurance to the bill without getting the consent from me. And when I ask the staff the additional charge on the printed bill, she cheat us that the charge is compulsory and will refund after car return. Turn out is cheating us.

整體感覺(jué)一般，服務(wù)也不是 熱情，取車(chē)的時(shí)候驗(yàn)車(chē)比較隨便，沒(méi)有很好的記錄清楚本來(lái)已有的刮痕，令人不是十分放心。
